Lynn Casaletto is the CEO & founder of Core Growth Consulting Corporation established in 2005. Core Growth provides executive coaching and consulting to C-suite executives, business partnerships, and teams. Our clients are heart-centered, high achieving leaders who are committed to living their personal and professional life by design. We provide counsel for strategic decision making, business partnerships, team integration and building emotional intelligence in the workplace. Our team is passionate about helping people create more peace and fulfillment in their lives. This begins with learning how to honor and lead themselves first.

Lynn is a certified Harrison Assessment consultant and a certified Martha Beck Coach. She grew up in NJ, graduated from Elon University in NC, with a major in Corporate Communications. She worked as the Director of Growth & Develop in NYC for five years with a Fortune 500 Company prior to starting Core Growth. After attending the 2019 Holiday Tree Fantasy, she realized a clear desire to contribute to the Child Guidance Center in a meaningful way.

Lynn and her husband, Craig, are raising their two baseball loving sons: Reid (9) & Ty (7) in south Orange County, CA.
