Luisa is the Program Director for the Continuum of Care for Military Families (COC) for the Strong Families, Strong Children (SFSC) collaborative.

Luisa received her master’s in Public Health with an emphasis in Community Health from California State University of Long Beach and has worked in several well-regarded health nonprofits in Orange County. Her interest in public health started over 10 years ago while working with communities in Kenya, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. She is a committed and passionate Public Health worker with experience in program development, program implementation, training and education, curriculum writing, motivational interviewing, and public speaking.  

She has also been closely aligned with the military community in Orange County for the last several years and is excited to enhance the services that military-connected families receive at Orange County’s FaCT Family Resource Centers.  

Luisa is an Orange County resident and enjoys powerlifting, hiking, yoga, and traveling.
