The Behavioral Health Training Collaborative* - Child Guidance Center’s Training Department - will provide informative trainings on a variety of mental and behavioral health topics designed for those with little or no previous behavioral health knowledge, as well as accomplished professionals.

Join us for this free virtual training (en español) entitled Managing Anxiety During Quarantine. In this workshop, you will learn different types of anxiety and symptoms based on the DSM-5. Find out how some symptoms of anxiety can be related to the pandemic and quarantine. You will also learn tools that may help you manage some anxiety symptoms.
