Established in 2013, OCVMFC is the umbrella coalition of over 100 community organizations and facilitates access to comprehensive services for Orange County veterans, service members, and their families. In 2018, the OCVMFC was recognized by the Department of Veterans Affairs as the Community Veteran Engagement Board for Orange County.

The OC Veterans Service Office helps connect veterans to available VA benefits. The office works in collaboration with nationally chartered veterans organizations, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and others to ensure veterans and their families receive what they have earned for their military service.

The California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) serves California veterans by connecting them and their families with their earned benefits and services including education, employment, healthcare, housing, advocacy, and other direct services.
OC4Vets is a behavioral health program aimed at supporting military veterans and their families in accessing needed services including: mental health resources, substance use disorder assistance, housing and employment support, case management and peer mentoring, court services, short-term counseling, and referral/linkages to community resources.
